HOW TO MANAGE NUVIGIL SIDE EFFECTS

 Nausea:

Dizziness:

• Serious allergic reactions like rashes, sores in the mouth, hives, burning and peeling skin, swelling of the eyes, face, lips, throat, tongue, or legs, trouble eating, fever, shortness of breath, yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, or dark urine.
• Psychiatric or mental signs include sadness, nervous feelings, hallucinations (seeing, hearing, sensing, or feeling things that aren’t there), an extreme increase in activity and chatting (mania), angry behavior, suicidal thoughts, and other mental problems.
• Heart disease symptoms include irregular heartbeat, chest discomfort, and breathing problems.

Nuvigil Dosage

Missed Dose:

 If you forget to take an Armod 150 mg dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for the next dose, keep doing things as usual. Don’t take two doses to make up for the one you missed. You shouldn’t take this medicine too late in the day, because it could make it hard for you to sleep at night.

Overdose:

In case of an overdose, get emergency medical help or call a doctor right away.

Interactions with other medicines:

• Blood thinners like warfarin, Acyclovir (antiviral medicine), Alprazolam (anti-anxiety medicine), Erythromycin (antibiotic), and Carbamazepine ( anti-epilepsy drug) – Taking nuvigil 150mg with this medicine can increase the rate of  metabolism.
• Diazepam, Clobazam (Benzodiazepine)- Taking Armod tablet with this medicine can decrease the rate of metabolism.
• Steroidal birth control pills, like ethinyl estradiol, which are used to stop pregnancy.
• Propranolol, which is used to treat heart issues and high blood pressure.

Interactions with food items

Taking Armodafinil with caffeine ( tea, coffee, colas ) and eating large amounts of chocolate, and herbal supplements. So avoid using these while taking  Armod 150
